Intake Form
Just like when you go to the doctor’s office, we look at the options on the table based on what your goals are and take action. Is your family growing, downsizing and getting smaller, relocating, or do you want to travel? We keep these goals in mind in negotiation. Inspections periods, financing options, all of these things are explained and discussed ahead of time. Do we need to sell as is, are we making a few updates and/or repairs to get the property market ready? We have a team of professionals we can recommend or we can work with yours to make sure that we are putting the money in the right places to get the most bang for your buck!

Intake Form
Putting the property on the market can be scary. We will devise a plan based on your unique situation and goals to make it as easy as possible on you and your family. Getting you to closing table is the goal not putting the property for sale. We want to make the correct real estate moves for you! Going to Contract
